Yes, some evenings are available. Currently we have Tuesday evenings in Cato - Meridian Recreational Center. and Fridays at SkyYoga Studios in Syracuse NY.
A variety; Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Corporate yoga, Breathwork yoga, and meditation techniques.
Both, as an independent contractor, I work with the studio, and privately.
